MENU

Roasted Rood Vegetable Salad
Roasting brings out the flavor of hearty root vegetables-tossed with romaine lettuce and a honey Dijon vinaigrette

Braised Cabernet Short Ribs

Braising further tenderizes these delectable cuts of beef, while Caternet Saubignon lends the flavor of a long-simmering stew.  We will pair our short ribs with a creamy polenta with muxhrooms and thyme.

White Chocolate & Raspberry Crème Brulee

    In honor of Valenti’s Day, this is a sopghisticated take on fresh berries and chocolate.  Amore!
