Chef Ricardo Fernandez, former owner/head chef of Lomo Grill operates the Mountain Cooking Club with his wife Suzanne, featuring a variety of classes celebrating local, seasonal ingredients, many from their own Wildcat Ridge Farm in Clyde. Fall harvest is upon us! Join us and learn a number of ways to welcome the season onto your table.

MENU

Roasted Grape Bruschetta

We make a chutney out of these roasted grapes and pair it with a double cream Brie cheese for a tasty starter to pair with a glass of wine.

Vegetable Tartine

Roasting vegetables deepens and enhances their flavors. A light sprinkle of cheese gives this tart a bubbly crust.

Hasselback Pork Loin Roast

Apples, fresh rosemary and sage, and Prosciutto di Parma infuse this tender pork loin with a divine flavor.

Fresh Fig Tart

Our fig trees are bursting with fruit. We will use them to make this tart. The crust contains crushed Amaretti cookies and Grand Marnier for a certain je ne sais quoi!
