Spring 2014 classes
Chef Ricardo Fernandez, former coowner/
Head Chef of Lomo Grill operates the Mountain Cooking Club, featuring a variety of classes celebrating local ingredients and seasonal fare. His classes combine his native Argentine cuisine with influences from Spain and Italy, the homes of his parents.
Classes are intimate (capped at 12 people), hands-on, and fun!
