Mountain Cooking Club

MENU

Hearty Minestrone Soup
This warm vegetable soup features beans, pasta, tomatoes, celery, onions, and carrots. Minestrone makes a great starter, or a meal all its own by adding a green salad and crusty Italian bread.

Polpettone & Spaghetti alla Chitarra

Sometimes you just want spaghetti and meatballs! This dish adds a delicious twist to everyday meatballs, with a warm melted mozzarella center.

Tiramisu

Tiramisu combines espresso, mascarpone cheese, liquor, cocoa, cream and lady fingers into a delectable dessert that will transport you to the Amalfi Coast…
