Chef Ricardo Fernandez, former co-owner/Chef de Cuisine of Lomo Grill operates the Mountain Cooking Club, featuring a variety of classes celebrating local ingredients, many from his Wildcat Ridge Farm in Clyde.

        Sweet potatoes, chili peppers, lime, cilantro and sour cream

Farmers Market Quiche
       Spinach, asparagus, portabella mushrooms, sun-­‐dried tomatoes,                onions, applewood smoked bacon, mozzarella and provolone cheese

 Artichoke & Leek Tart( savory)
       Roasted artichokes, leeks, cherry tomatoes, Gruyere and Swiss cheese


French Apple Tart (sweet)
       Sliced  apples, cinnamon, flaky pastry crust, whipped cream
